Vicky Shen is the Director of Program Operations at VPAL. In her role, she oversees the Program Services, Copyright Administration and Project Management teams, which provide expertise and support in the design, development, and delivery of our online learning experiences. She works closely with project teams on the strategic allocation of resources and plays a senior leadership role in informing best practices in content development and workflows.

Vicky has over 20 years of experience working within educational content development, in both secondary and higher education. She holds a BS in Mathematics from Bowdoin College. In her spare time, Vicky volunteers as a track coach for Youth Enrichment Services, which provides affordable and impactful sports-based youth development and leadership programming for Boston youth.
