As HILT’s Manager of Programs and Outreach, Melissa performs a variety of specialized and administrative functions to increase the initiative’s visibility and cross-school collaborations through the development and distribution of information and materials. She currently manages the Teaching and Learning Consortium (TLC), VPAL's Into Practice e-letter, and the annual conference, among other programs offered through the Harvard Initiative for Learning and Teaching.
Prior to joining HILT in September of 2015, she worked in the Controller’s Office at New England Law | Boston for seven years. Melissa earned her M.B.A. with a dual concentration in Public & Nonprofit Management and Leadership & Organizational Transformation at the Boston University Questrom School of Business. She received a B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Political Science from the University of Maine at Farmington.
