Tom Miller is a Short-Form Content Producer with VPAL where he works with Harvard faculty to design and develop high-quality, narrative-based online learning experiences. Prior to coming to VPAL, Tom produced, wrote and edited various kinds of educational media for K-12, universities and PBS, including producing five seasons of NOVA’s “The Secret Life of Scientists and Engineers.” In an earlier incarnation, Tom did social work and taught literacy to adults in New York City and New Haven. He holds a Bachelor’s in English from Harvard, and in his free time is putting that degree to work by writing a novel based on a real-life book banning that happened at his high school.
